HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY ITEMS?
To ensure your LOUAZ items stay beautiful and last for years, please follow these care instructions:
- Handwash Only: Our handmade pieces are delicate and should be handwashed with cold water. Avoid machine washing to preserve the quality.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Use mild detergent, and avoid bleach or any harsh chemicals that could damage the material
- Dry Flat: After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and lay the item flat to dry. Do not wring or twist, as this may affect the shape and quality.
- Jewelry Care: Some of our pieces include delicate jewelry elements. To maintain their shine, avoid exposing them to perfumes, lotions, or excessive moisture. If the jewelry gets wet, gently wipe it down with a soft cloth. Jewelry are stainless steel.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER WITH LOÙAZ?
A pre-order at LOÙAZ means that you’re reserving a item before it’s created. All our products are handmade and pre-ordering allows you to secure your item while it's still in production.
ARE PRE-ORDER ITEMS LIMITED IN QUANTITY?
Yes, due to the handmade nature of our products, pre-order items can be limited. If you find something you love, we recommend securing your pre-order early to avoid missing out.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Because each item is handmade, production usually takes 3-4 weeks. Once completed, we’ll ship your order, and you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PRE-ORDER CONFIRMATION: WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First check your spam folder, sometimes the confirmation ends up there.
Can't find the confirmation there either? Send us an email to info@louaz.store from the email address you used to order. Then we will find out for you and you will still receive the order confirmation.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the fact that all items are handmade to pre - order, we urge all our customers to check our sizing guide prior to purchasing. If you are still not sure which size to choose, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team at info@louaz.store.
CAN I RETURN MY PRE-ORDER WITHOUT THE LOÙAZ'S PACKAGING?
No, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
NOTE: It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any customs charges, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. Import duties are NOT included in the shipping costs and will be charged directly to you after clearing customs. Once your order is shipped, any issues regarding customs clearance are out of our control.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email including your tracking number in which you can use to track your order. All orders are sent Signed and tracked.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to our packing and shipping process we can only accept cancellation requests sent to Info@louaz.store up to 1 hour after a purchase has been made. The request must include your full name and the order number to be accepted, without this information your request will not be granted.
